Connect the phone powered off, without simcard and good charge of battery.

Then run the software and unchek the box Activate languages, if you don´t uncheck this box you can lost some languages on the phone menu.

Now press the INIT MOBILE button and then press the power button on the phone. In a few seconds the phone will be unlocked.
